    I'm having trouble identifying the mark on the back of this plate. Does anyone out there recognize this mark?

      this is surprising because the plate got a type of Japanese appearence, but it is Chinese

      the porcelain during the PROC period 1949-2000 contains a high precentage of lead and and sometimes cadmium ( especially lead = plumbum), which is not so healthy in very large quantities. especially the Wanshou WU JIang decorations were the PITS ( around 1970)
      so the FDA (Food and DRug Administration makes rulings ( tranches- episodes)

      and the numbers on the reverse are the precinct numbers the kiln numbers most likely
