Hello everyone!!
Another of my anthropomorphic characters is this cast iron owl. I painted him in the colors that I felt suited him best. This one was cast at a foundry in England and was very rusty when I got him. He was very well cast and nicely detailed. I cleaned, painted and waxed him. This cast iron owl measures 12 1/4” tall, 6 1/2” wide and weighs 11 1/2lbs! So, he makes an excellent doorstop.
