I picked up the cab to this a couple years ago. The trailer portion I picked up last month. I finally got the two together for tonights Matchbox Monday post. Although they do not quite match. The cab has gray wheels and the trailer has black wheels. Which means the trailer is from 1962 and the cab (Tractor) is from 1957-1961. But better than nothething.
I have some fine early Matchbox Models being carried on it. On top is the Thames Estate Car (van) and American Ford Wagon. Underneath is a Jaguar and a Ford Prefect.
Got flea market coming up next weekend and I usually find something there so stay tuned for next week!
I think the truck and trailer look fine together. The cars and van are super cool and fit perfectly on the trailer. You did good.
