Victorian style Welz cased spatter glass urn vase

Here is a super piece of Welz glass found online in Australia!
The classic urn shaped vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over pink, beige, & oxblood spatter, with a white interior. It measures 19 cm tall, 7 cm across the top rim, & 7.5 cm across the base. It is a heavy & substantial piece for its size, & features two clear applied lumpy handles.
I have two other vases in this same attractive decor, which is sometimes referred to as "decopage spatter", as the large scale spatter elements resemble overlapping scraps of coloured paper.
