Greetings. My dad purchased this some time ago at a yard sale or estate sale, likely somewhere on the East Coast. I am helping him sort through loads of antiques (mostly paintings) and we came across this. He wanted me to post it to see if I could gather any information on it. He does not remember where or when he purchased it.
