This is a barn find of mine. I've tried to research this item and have not been able to find a match, so I assume it's a rare item. I would appreciate any input you may be able to provide. I know it's a promotional Texaco item, most likely displayed on a tire at a service station around 1931-1934. It looks to be hand painted and is still in very good shape. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
