Wondering age, origin, worth, etc.
Approx 37" Wide 62" tall 12" Deep
Central section of 64 Drawers arranged 8 x 8
Four wide drawers above, lower section has

I looked when you first posted and saw may online..all the way down to $100. I didn't think it looked very old either. I wanted to hear what Apostata had to say.

The aptDeco listing was my sisters. I kept it there under an account I created at her passing. Did same with her Craigslist posting. I found nothing like it on the internet matching it's size. I know she had it in her home for nearly 40 years.
Clueless about it. She has some other oriental panels that I will post for your opinion when I get a chance to photograph.
Sorry for your loss. The three of us that posted are all very knowledgeable collectors. If you image search with an app like Google Lens, you can see many examples and even the exact same ones as yours. Even text searches will reveal these results. Good luck..
Thanks so much for your input. I did use the search engines originally, like Reverse Image Search. The identical units I found were my sisters postings which I copied and they remain as she posted but now managed by me. She was a poshmark seller of Ladies shoes and bags.
I never found an identical unit that was not her posting.
Very few were as tall as hers.
So not worth the price she indicated??

When it comes to furniture bigger, is not always better period it's your piece. You can ask whatever price you want. I would try to get at least 3 sold comparable's not what people are asking.

Excellent references. Thinking my sister had an inflated value of the chest or ?? who knows what her thinking was. Her poshmark listings were not inexpensive, and I gave 5 huge truckloads of vintage items to charity or the junkman when cleaning out her building. Took a few (carload) apparently more valuable items home with me.
Really appreciate all the knowledge you folks have.
Have 2 more oriental items you can help with when I get the opportunity to unwrap and photo.
