Summit Art Glass reproduced this from a Westmoreland Glass mold. The Westmoreland version made in 1902 and the Summit Art Glass made in 1985. There is no makers mark. Anyway it is a very attractive piece with the typical no particular pattern common with EAPG.
It is a measuring cup with various units of measurements on either side. The top one is 1 Cup so that should give you an idea of the size.
On the lid is "Teaspoon Desert Table". On top of the knob is "PAT APLD FOR".
    Hope this item is acceptable.

I have a theory about the Teaspoon Desert Table words on the lid: check to see if the little knob-like portion actually holds a teaspoon full of sugar.
Not sure about any of this but maybe the Desert amount would be sufficient to create a sweet treat.
Then the Table amount would go into a small sugar bowl on the dining table.
I kinda doubt those words would be made into the top as just random words for no good reason.

Dave Uranium glass was banned for a bit around 1950 but it was legalized again and is still being made.

Thank you very much Watchsearcher I will test that. It holds much more than a teaspoon but good idea.

hard to define maker these days; Mosser still producing similar in various colors. Also not very accurate for a measure considering the glass thickness of the bottom.
