Feebsters fabulous vegetable slicer. It’s so much more than just a pretty box , it gets five stars from me. I have a food processor, but use this for pickling instead… You can adjust it and slice your beets or whatever you’re doing to the perfect thickness. It’s sharp, so I recommend rubber gloves. Nobody likes pickled knuckles and fingernails! easy to adjust and wash. The company was established in 1922 and this product came out in the 1950s.
Calibrated to make perfectly uniform cuts from 1/8" to 1/2" thick
