Small pink & white striped Victorian art glass vase

This is a really cute little vase that I won on eBay AU recently. It is made from cased glass, with what looks like three layers - pink & white swirled inner over clear, finished with swirling white stripes that are slightly raised.
The vase measures 11.3 cm tall, 4 cm across the fire polished top rim, & 5.4 cm across the base, which has a neatly polished out pontil mark. In perfect condition.
A very high quality & well - finished piece, I think it is most likely from the late 19th century. Maybe Bohemian - perhaps Harrach?
