It's possibly a fake from India. You're going to have look at it real closely and compare to known examples. See this article..

Judging by the style of the box, I believe Dave is correct about this being a fake from India. There are some very convincing items, from India, on the market today that can fool even the best.
Thank you guys! I’m always fascinated by things, whether inherited or found… even being from India won’t diminish my fun!
It's still a really nice find. Reproductions are a lot of fun to collect and I have many in my collection.
