BSA Cub Scout Uniform 1980s

Here is an American Cub Scout uniform to complement my British one from the same time period. This is the uniform designed by Oscar de la Renta in 1980 and used throughout the 80s, 90s and into the 2000s. This is the lesser seen summer uniform with shorts and short sleeves - he says stating the bleeding obvious.

I should have a blue scarf here as the badges indicate the wearer has progressed to Bear Cub, but actually I think the yellow one looks better as it matches the other yellow parts of the uniform. So I'm letting that slide. I believe both the caps and scarves have all changed colour now anyway, so each rank has its own colour to match its badge. The new youngest group Lions have nicked the yellow colour.
