1940s framed print of General Macarthur

This is a flat glass framed photo print of General Douglas MacArthur from the 1940s. The frame is back painted glass with brass corners and a board back with kick out stand. The photo measures approx. 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" and is paper thin(not photo paper quality). Both the photo and the back painting are crumbling and flaking off due to age. This was found in my Mother in laws belongings after her passing but not sure what family member with whom it may have been associated.
