Victorian Bohemian ruby glass mini vase with enamel & gilt decoration

This was my second find from last Sunday's antiques fair, a cute little Victorian glass vase.
It is made from ruby glass with a subtle optic panel effect. There is raised enamel decoration of scrolls & dots, as well as some gilt accents. The gilding also has a slight texture.
The vase measures 7.5 cm tall, 3 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & 4 cm across the base.
Most likely of Bohemian origin, late 19th century.
