So this is the quarter that has me peeking at coin collecting this week. Truly interesting learning about the bloopers made when making coins and how the defects add value. This one has the misprint " In Cod We Trust" and is a Jovita Idar 2023 quarter. Very new coin so hard to really estimate its value. Happy it has me looking through my coins though. I'd love to find some very very old dimes and pennies. Then from there I might even get a microscope. Lol. Enjoying myself.
Hi Dragonflypearl, I checked on a Jovita Idar Quarter, and a few other Quarters and the "G" looks the same as the Quarter that You are showing here, just a squared off bottom of the G and a fine tail that drops, to where the base of the G is, but a G not a C, and yes, a Jovita Idar is a 2023 Quarter! :^D Keep Searching though, You may find a real error Coin! Thanks for Posting.. I thought when I first saw the Jovita Idar Quarter, that it was an error, until I realized all the wording is on Her Jacket, instead of around Her Portrait. Bill :^)
