I know Panzer Tank is redundant as it means tank tank as Panzer is the German word for tank. Actually Panzer is the word for the breast plate on a suit of armor but then it was used to mean tank. But then Tank was used by a code word for their new armored vehicles in WWI.
As for Sergeant-Major that would be the highest ranking non-commissioned officer in a unit probably of company or battalion size.
This is a fairly decent figure for what Hasbro was making in 2000. The only piece I have a problem with is the large holster which seems a little too large. That and the belt mounted canteen and the other belt pouch wouldn't be carried by someone who rides in a vehicle. All that would be in the vehicle . But still it has a nifty black uniform and well detailed accessories.
