The Norman Rockwell series is rather loosely based on Norman Rockwekk. They are vehicles that look like they could be in a Norman Rockwell painting rather than vehicles from one of his paintings. Although the decal on the side of the truck reads "Norman's Bait Shop". Looks to be a work truck and I suppose the containers are for carrying bait. We will just go along with that because it looks neat.
