Yes the NYPD has dump trucks and they look just like this. Not sure if it is driven by a sworn officer or not.
This is a 1/64 scale model and it is pretty well done. It is the size of a Matchbox King Size model. And as it says it has a working dump bed.
I am thinking we have some fine photos there and that should do it.
