Hi Slackjack, Just double checked, and it definitely measures in lb and Kg up to 4 lb, 2Kg. It appears really well made, just a shame it has no makers details. Rgds Duncan

Hi this looks like a timing gear or pulley locking tool I.e. so you can change a timing belt or chain without the cam shaft-s moving. regards Duncan
Hi, the lock is a Zeni, its an eight lever version of the more common six lever version. Not sure of the exact age, I do believe it is between the wars, but I could be mistaken. regards Duncan
