Found out this is a Vendo 139/159 by Cavalier. It would have had a 5cent coin tower and a rotating lid to dispense the soda. My quest now continues for these parts..... i will update as I find them......

Nope, the motor would sit to high for a standard flat lid. I did just find one in a picture on an old Westinghouse Standard Electric that is probably what I am looking for. It looks like in their rest...
