It looks like Syroco Wood.....which was crushed walnut shells compressed in a mold with glue. Very nice Pearl Harbor collectible!!!!
The first Roseville repro out of China were the pattern Brown Magnolia....and were marked made in USA .....they had made molds off real Roseville Pots....They got through customs.....Second time aroun...

The best advice I can give is wind it the same day and time each 7 days...most are 8 day works...price I still think in todays market it is still $350 -$500 for a very nice working german free swinger...
That is a very well known German Clock maker....sometimes the side glass is fabric (silk) to have the chimes boom more! Thkz for putting it on show & tell...alway nice to see the old german clocks.
Is there an anchor with a G on one side and B on the other side??? In mass shipping of these clocks ...the cases were in one box, the works in another ,the tops another, and the pendelums in another....
It's called a german free swinger..... a very nice one....any initials on the brass center of the clock and pendelum and do they match in design?

Thkz Dave. The melted ice (water)is what's added to the nectar concentrate .....so no soda or carbonation is involved with this dispenser.
