Loetz Series II - 6258 ca. 1908 Max Emanuel & Co., London.. The form I believe is an open Compote, it has an applied Cobalt blue Silberiris base with "Astartig" drops holding up the upper portion which I believe to be Candia Silberiris, and it has an applied blue rim as well, polished pontl with out any markings that I can find. It measures about 7 1/4" tall x 8 3/4" across rim.. The Iridescence on this piece is gorgeous!
