Here is an art deco lamp which is from a film supplier of note, who supplied many films with art deco lamps and also lamps he sold to the public. This is a genuine Ric de Rico lamp. He had a lot of pieces and the shades were hand spun. This one has a nice stepped shade, a nice "saturn" chrome piece and the base is one of his 1926 pieces of glass he called {name to follow}. The chrome base is also stepped. It came with a remote colour changer which you can change the base light colour also. I bought this about 14 years ago and still have no place to really put it exept possibly for re-sale.
I bought this directly from Ric de Rico back then. He was hard to find then, but at that time you would see a piece of his for sale, now or then. I have not seen another of this lamp for sale, but it carrys some of the parts he used on other versions of his lamps. The saturn part proved to be very popular !~
