Chargers are made by Boch Belgium. The style is Delfts.

Just augmenting a bit what mp.kunst gave you. :-)

I didn't see that exact backstamp at theoldstuff dot com, although I did see one very similar in English:

      https://www.theoldstuff.com/en/porcelain-marks/category/249-boch-freres-keramis-royal-boch-marks

      Here's a similar plate:

      https://www.etsy.com/listing/1021988017/antique-delft-blue-plate-o-39-cm-1535

What I at first found interesting, and later maddening: many websites exhibiting china pieces with this image cite painter Otto Eerelman over and over, but I haven't been able to find the specific Eerelman painting that inspired it, e.g.:

      https://www.etsy.com/listing/229971487/rare-delft-chargers-two-delfts-blauw

      About Eerelman:

      https://www.invaluable.com/artist/eerelman-otto-0nk1iqxbe0/

Pictures of Eerelman and his wife:

      https://www.greetsgenealogie.nl/gezinskaart-van-otto-eerelman-1839-1926/

      Some of his works:

      https://www.simonis-buunk.com/artist/otto-eerelman/artworks-for-sale/1420/

Here is a popular Eerelman painting titled "Mrs. Carré on horseback":

      https://www.museum.nl/nl/stedelijk-museum-vianen/pronkstuk/mevrouw-carre-te-paard

It's unclear to me whether the main human subject in the painting is an actual circus performer, or some society matron posing as such.

I suspect the latter, because here is another Eerelman painting of Madame Carre and a horse:

kiramikos is real skilled , this is hard to break, Walcheren or the Veluwe , probably a shut out of Walcheren because , is it an Sunday outing, probably not , different mounting, highbrow versus low brow , highbrow probably, see the hat, and the narrativw painter is a protege of Queen Wilhelmina, although there are low brow scenes

This is a quite famous Dutch painter comtempory of Mezdag i believe

Simonis and Buunk sells the type of ware ( oilpaintings)who are major players

Both chargers (better known as wedding plate or bride and groom in summer with carriage) are made in the second half of the 20th century by Royal Boch (Boch Frères Keramis) in La Louviere, Belgium for Royal Sphinx (formerly Petrus Regout) in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Nowhere I found on the internet (official sites) that the design of these chargers is said to be by Otto Eerelman, which does not rule out that it is his design, but until that is proven I would say that this is a tribute.
