      On th e right:
United States Marine-Navy Combat Aircrew Badge. . Most likely 1940s-1950s (ww2-Korea) era.

Additional Notes: The Marine Combat Aircrew Badge can be issued to service members of both the Marine Corps and United States Navy (while serving in a Marine Corps aviation squadron). .

Hi, thanks for the information. Appreciate you taking the time out of your schedule to help a stranger. Now if somebody can help with the ALA item that would be great.

Because I enjoy helping other people, I looked a little further and:

This is a circa World War I membership pin for the Aerial League of America, a civilian aviation organization.

WOW! You are really great--helping a total stranger. Have been working on that one for quite a while. Air Force veteran, so the aviation items are a special interest to me. Stay safe and thanks again. If I can ever return the favor, just shout.
