This small vase was another win on eBay UK from the same seller as the previous Rindskopf vase.
I believe it may be an example of Kralik's Bacillus decor with a deep cobalt blue ground.
It measures 11 cm tall, 6 cm across the top rim & 5.5 cm across the base. There is an intense iridescent finish with short random threads typical of the Bacillus decor. Funnily enough, Bacillus also reminds me a little of Peloton glass.
The shape is simple, so no real clues to the maker there, it's a generic sort of vase form.
Bohemian origin, circa 1900.
Yes, This is Kralik Bacillus.
Many thanks, Craig!
I was very pleased to have won this, my second piece of Bacillus.
