Beautiful. What's interesting is that I was looking at an Eisenberg Ice rhinestone brooch earlier this morning and I had never heard of that jewelry brand. And here it is again. Funny how that happens.
Agree with the other comment. My first thought was that the wooden part looks handmade, and doesn't really match the bottom. Maybe find an inexpensive vase to replace the wood, and rewire it then.
