This is a sizable piece of fantastic, fiery, Tiffany fire agate glass! The top half has a thick fiery opalescent look, the bottom half is pure fire agate. The vase appears to have a light pattern molded into the glass, and the glass had an iridescent finish. Wonderful and rare, not to mention heavy piece of Tiffany Favrile glass!
Provenance: Chasen Collection:
Straight from a fabulous private collection comes this really great and very rare Tiffany Favrile Agate vase. Incredible quality. Heavy vase, with thick glass. For the BEST collections. 5½" tall x 5½" diameter. Signed "V886 L.C.T. Favrile".
Wonderful, Congratulations !!!!!

@apostata don't really understand your comments/questions? Blastule=bubble? There's a tiny, as made open bubble, very common on Tiffany's blown Favrile glass, insignificant really, but if I we're selling it for $13K like Chasen did, I'd note it as well :)
Reminds me of Lithyalin
